Business Development Expert

The BDE plays a pivotal role in driving Spark Agency’s growth and expansion efforts. This role demands a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. By leveraging an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and web design trends, the successful candidate will cultivate relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals that contribute to the agency’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with the agency’s strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Craft tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Spark Agency.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the agency’s service standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing or web design industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web design principles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and client needs.
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
